Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
Setting up a catch-all email mailbox will be stunningly easy if you’ve got a cloud hosting with us. You can enable this feature through our powerful, yet simple-to-work-with Email Manager, which is built into the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you will administer the web hosting account itself. You’ll see all the email addresses that you’ve created listed alphabetically and to the right of each one of them there will be a mini "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly notify you if a specific mailbox gets all the messages for a certain domain name or not. With one single mouse click on the icon you can enable or disable this option whenever you wish. In case there is active email forwarding or in case a different mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a given domain name, you’ll get a notification from our system. The latter won’t replace/deactivate anything automatically or without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all functionality can be activated without any effort if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve set up with the domain names hosted in your account will be displayed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll see a mini button handily situated right next to each one of them. With just one single click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with this option already activated and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and enable this feature using the contextual menu that will come into view. In case any of the conditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will notify you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
