Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is important – you never know when something could go wrong. And using the Managed Services option, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to set up or configure anything. What’s more the backups will be kept on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. It means that your hosted content will always be secure, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually endless number of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software applications. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an integral part of our Managed Services package, which enables you to demand any of our expert server admins to install and configure any software program and to fix any problem you may have with your Virtual Private Server.
