Nevertheless, with the File Manager included in the TightHost Site Control Panel, you won’t only have a speedy, responsive and user–friendly file supervision software, but also an instrument that will make an external FTP program unnecessary. Drag ’n’ drop file uploads

We’ve given our best to make File Manager as easy–to–use as it can be, so it is possible to create modifications to your files. In addition to the traditional control bar near the top of the page, we have now furthermore integrated right–click context menus with all the common file administration options. Simply click on a file or directory and choose the activity that you like through the collection which will appear.
It is possible to rename, copy, move, download, edit, preview, archive, unarchive and delete any file or directory you select using a mouse–click. When you click on a folder, also you can set up a completely new directory or file within it.
The right–click choice is also available any time you choose different files or folders simultaneously.
Archive/Unarchive files
Archive or extract archive files in seconds
In contrast to most file management user interfaces as well as FTP clients, the TightHost Site Control Panel has a way to archive/unarchive files faster. It is really user–friendly. To get a directory shrunk to a small size, just select it and click on the Compress button. To open up the belongings of an archived folder inside your account, pick it and then click the Extract button. The File Manager works with a range of file extensions, for example .ZIP, .RAR and .TAR.GZ.
